Emily and Rudy are not first time cookbook authors – they previously published the cookbook Amazing Mexican Favorites with Your Instant Pot (my review here), and Emily has written The Art of Great Cooking with Your Instant Pot, which contains all gluten-free and nutrient-rich restaurant-worthy recipes.
